-Preparing the initial technical report and transferring it to the director to endorserequiredwork

- Transferring the transaction to the bridges’ maintenance engineers. 

-Conductingthe bridges’ maintenanceengineerand explainingon thetransaction the procedurethat has been conducted.

- Transfer it to printing and auditing.

- Transfer it to the director and signing it.

- Keeping the transaction.

-Preparing the initial technical report

- After obtaining all necessary approvals, it is listed within priorities of executive work programs in thedirectorate

­-Submission to the General -Secretary.

-If the General- Secretaryapproves constructing the bridge, then they start preparing for the tender’s documents.

- In case of disapproval and lack of validity, the transaction is kept without carrying out any action on ground.

-Respond tothe requesting party.
